Property leaders urged to sign up to ‘biggest ever’ conference
Industry leaders are being urged to secure their space at this year’s must-attend property conference which is making a return as its best yet for 2025.
On Thursday 13th November 2025, the South Coast CPS conference will play host to some of the biggest names across the south’s built environment industry including Amiri Construction, Morgan Sindall Group, Kier Group PLC, Connect IT Utility Services and Axis House.
Also in attendance will be the Bank of England, the Ministry of Defence and MP for Gosport Dame Caroline Dineage.
The conference, held at St Mary’s Stadium in Southampton, will bring together the entire property spectrum as it transforms the south into a prime destination to live and work.
With more than 1,500 attendees expected, this year’s conference will be honing in on hot topics such as devolution and how this will impact local planning, sustainable housing, built-to-rent (BTR) opportunities, commercial market trends and opportunities at the south’s freeports.
Just one of the roundtable discussions on offer will focus on the University of Southampton Masterplan – a project built to maximise the potential of education-led regeneration and long-term capital investment.
A day of strategic collaboration between leaders in the sector, the conference was set up by South Coast CPS Director Lucy Richmond to drive long-term prosperity and sustainable growth across the south coast. Last year, the event welcomed more than 99 speakers.
Lucy said: “Having started out as a niche commercial property show, I’m immensely proud of what we’ve evolved into – a full-scale conference and powerful networking platform. Alongside the conference, we also run a diverse range of events including conferences, regattas, golf days, roundtable discussions, and exclusive investment showcases.
“At its core, the conference is about building confidence in the south coast region and shaping a bright future for its next generation. This is an event which helps investors see potential, developers find support and residents understand why the region has so much to offer.”
Councillor Lorna Fielker representing the Swaythling Ward on Southampton City Council commented: “The South Coast CPS conference is the highlight of the year for every property and construction professional – and it should be marked in their diaries each year for the opportunities it presents. Lucy’s dedication to showcasing the investment opportunities across the south is clear, as the conference brings together professionals from across the sector together for a day of learning, collaboration and innovation. Events like these are vital for both raising the region’s profile and placing us on the map.”
South Coast CPS will be hosting one of its pre-conference events with Debbie Tann, CEO from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust on Thursday 18th September. Spaces can be booked by emailing hello@southcoastcps.co.uk
