So much to talk about and not enough time! A big focus on flexibility, community, ESG, amenity rich spaces, cost pressures, health & wellbeing… a recognition that the office environment needs to be excellent in multiple ways to make employees choose to come into the office. It’s an evolving picture and occupiers are becoming clear about what is important to them. That represents an opportunity for savvy and proactive landlords to deliver space that meets this demand. The metrics suggest employees are choosing to come back to the office for longer periods, albeit hybrid is here to stay. The office sector has an exciting future
The event was planned with military precision, had an incredible amount of guest panel speakers and hosts that lead the way in their specialisms. Not to mention there were many extremely valuable connections made right the way across the industry yesterday and in support of South Coast Property.
